Showing Up As The Best Version of Yourself In Times of Uncertainty
This was originally posted on my Seven Figure Consultant LinkedIn Newsletter. Subscribe today to get insights about how women are building powerful and impactful consulting businesses.
One of the most important things to remember when the pressure is on is that you need to show up to your business with the right mindset and the right energy.
And the pressure is on at the moment. Things feel uncertain. There’s a lot of talk about the economy and how it will take decades to recover, and other equally negative predictions.
We put ourselves under pressure by holding ourselves to a higher standard and possibly, at the same time, telling ourselves to lower our expectations of what we can achieve. We can find ourselves doing business and life by scarcity, and that’s a really discouraging place to be.
One of my clients told me recently that she was seeing how scarcity impacted SO MUCH of what she said and did all day every day – simply because she was starting to notice it. How you show up in your business is directly linked to how you show up day-to-day.
In this episode of the Seven Figure Consultant Podcast, I am talking about showing up as the best version of yourself in times of uncertainty.
I talk about:
● Building in the self-care you need to show up as the best version of yourself
● Knowing what you need to focus on
● How you show up day to day
● Taking the pressure off yourself
● Showing yourself compassion and acceptance
And let me know, how do you care for yourself when you’re under pressure?
Free Report – The Six Elements of a Seven Figure Consulting Business
I’ve created a free PDF report called The Six Elements of a Seven Figure Business. It’s my most popular free resource and in it I outline the 6 areas of unscaled businesses that need to change in order to move past being ‘booked up and burned out’ and shifting into that higher gear that gets you cruising again.
It’s the framework that helps consultant women like you find their feet and get back to leading the business, rather than being buried in client work and back-end business operations.
