Women Consultants, Are You Prioritising Volume Over Value?
This was originally posted on my Seven Figure Consultant LinkedIn Newsletter. Subscribe today to get insights about how women are building powerful and impactful consulting businesses.
When it comes to making sales in your business, what kind of clients and contracts are you seeking out? What jumps out at you as a ‘good’ sales prospect, or an enticing project?
A lot of the women I speak to are frustrated that they aren’t bringing home the money they want to be.
It’s not that you don’t have any clients. You are always occupied. You may even find that your client work is starting to spill over into your evenings and weekends, or that you’re so booked up you can’t find a free week to take off as holiday.
You’re glad to be fully booked, but this is actually the issue. Your schedule, and your business model, are based around volume of clients, not value.

In this episode of the Seven Figure Consultant Podcast, I am talking about prioritising volume over value and the impact this has on your consulting business.
I talk about:
● Needing more hours in order to make more money
● Developing a premium, super high-ticket offer
● Always being busy in your business
● Fulfilling your potential
● Pouring your time into the wrong things

Free Report – The Six Elements of a Seven Figure Consulting Business
I’ve created a free PDF report called The Six Elements of a Seven Figure Business. It’s my most popular free resource and in it I outline the 6 areas of unscaled businesses that need to change in order to move past being ‘booked up and burned out’ and shifting into that higher gear that gets you cruising again.
It’s the framework that helps consultant women like you find their feet and get back to leading the business, rather than being buried in client work and back-end business operations.
Thanks for reading! I’d love to hear your feedback and future topics you’d like me to feature.
